On March 9th 2023 Withers Design Associates Ltd completed 14 years of Trading.
We are very proud to still be working with some of the same Developers that supported us when we first began Trading in 2009.
Many other National Housebuilders have come to us over the years with whom we have subsequently developed similar Long Standing working relationships.
Even with the various Mergers of National Developers over this period, we have continued to nurture a strong and varied Client base and adapt our Service to suit their Individual needs.
Our 14th Anniversary was also marked by the appointment on our 432nd Project.
We are proud of our low staff turnover; we have mentored and coached 5 good Civil Engineers over those years, who have since gone out into the wider Industry. Not bad for a team of 7-9 at any one time. Once again we are looking to invest in our team by hiring two new recruits.
We have prevailed through the tough years of 2010 and 2020, and the fall out from both.
Ever looking ahead, in January 2023 we invested time reviewing our Drawing Templates and Design Procedures as an evolving focus on how we can continue to work smarter.
Looking ahead with ambitions for year 15 and beyond.
